This report has just come out in the UK about the top 50 tell-tale signs of getting old. Its been on pretty much every news channel.
Since I'm a 'Thirty Something' I thought I would check it out.
How Many apply to you?
1-20: You are still young or young at heart.
20-35: You are getting old. Do you take tea out in a flask?
35-50: You're not getting old, you are old...!!
1. Feeling stiff
2. Groaning when you bend down
3. Saying “it wasn’t like that when I was young”
4. Saying “in my day”
