Dream Draw + Run Good

This hand from yesterdays session gave me the dream drawing hand situation. The villain here is a regfish and a consistent loser at NL100. He will always stack off with TPTK and overpair type hands regardless of the board texture or the ensuing action.

Poker Stars $100.00 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players

Hero (BTN): $100.00
SB: $233.50
BB: $31.15
UTG: $49.30
UTG+1: $43.85
MP1: $47.00
MP2: $102.50
CO: $59.75

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is BTN with Q of clubs K of clubs
3 folds, MP2 raises to $4, 1 fold, Hero calls $4, 2 folds

Flop: ($9.50) 2 of diamonds T of clubs J of clubs (2 players)
MP2 bets $6.00, Hero raises to $17.55, MP2 raises to $38, Hero raises to $96, MP2 calls $58

This flop gives me an OESFD with 2 overcards and a draw to the Royal Flush. This dude is gonna get raised...!!

Turn: ($201.50) A of diamonds (2 players)

Turned the nuts

River: ($201.50) 6 of diamonds (2 players)

Final Pot: $201.50

Hero shows Q of clubs K of clubs
MP2 shows A of clubs J of hearts

Hero wins $198.50
(Rake: $3.00)

On the flop I am a 64% favourite to win. Once he makes the 3bet it is quite hard to get away from my shove as he also holds A of clubs too for some back doors. However I think I would either just call or make the 3bet like $33 then fold to a shove but it is always player dependent.

68 Days of Run Good

I will no doubt curse myself for posting this graph, but I think you have to enjoy the run good if u moan about the bad beats. Hope the poker gods remain nice.
