  1. Really curious what you knew about that particular opponent that led you to make the 5b shove?

    1. His 4b stat was greater than 20%. I will make this play occasionally with that range. The funny thing though was that my hud was actually showing the wrong villain stats :) and when I looked him up after he was only at 6% so it should have been a snap fold, lol

    2. 4bet can be wide (especially from moron-LAGs), but the main thing here is the hand that he would call against shove. I mean, 5Bet-call range is often much tighter than 4Bet range, even from those guys.

The hud accident is lol, yes :)

    3. Obv when he calls I know I'm crushed but I'm hoping he has 99-KK and maybe I bink a flush or Ace.

Call 5b is not a stat that I look at simply because you would need such a huge sample for it to be relevant

  2. LOL. The power of the suckout! Woot.
What HUD do you use? PokerTracker or HoldemManager? Or?
I'm playing mostly on Bovada, which means no HUD. Ugh.

    1. I am using HEM1 still although they have recently stopped support for this. I also use TN1 who have also discontinued support so its time for me to get a new PC and upgrade software but I can't be arsed with it until the programs stop working. The HUD sometimes goes wrong I've noticed recently so I guess it is getting close to the time when I upgrade.

Re the hand, if you are going to have a 5b bluffing range whether it be a small 5b or 5b jam I can't think of any better hands than Axs and I like A2s-A5s
