200 Rep Abs & Cardio Workout - Mike Chang's Six Pack Shortcuts

I'm gonna be doing this workout today:

100 Reps: 10 High Knee/Press Up x10
100 Reps: 10 Knee Elbow Plank/Press Up x10

  1. I watched the video and tried to do this in the gym today. It is really hard and I am in pretty good shape already. Was pretty awesome though. Will probably do it again!

  2. The high intensity/ no breaks part is the killer
