Is TPTK a stack off hand on a dry board like this? Is a slow-played AA, KK or (less likely but possible) QQ realistic to the single raise? How 'bout random 8's to a single raise?

Very surprised how it played out. I was waiting to see the slow played AA or KK. Doubt QQ would go crazy here as there is no need to scare 2 villains off with the board crushed. Both villains were pretty much unknown.
