Pretty sure the flat pre is completely standard going multiway and the knowledge that the fish in utg is calling aswell. Folding QJs here would be criminal. QJo is a completely different story, but suited plays extremely well multiway and given the amount of fish in the hand I doubt we ever get sqzed light here.
